Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Experience managing recruiting, onboarding, and performance processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferable Skills
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience in manufacturing or skilled trades environments
- HRIS systems experience
- Training and development program leadership
