Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- Knowledge of Windows environments and basic networking
- Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues
- Strong customer service skills
Preferable Skills
- Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing systems
- Knowledge of PLC or OT environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices
