The Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure production goals are met, and maintain safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and production metrics
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Preferable Skills
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
- OSHA safety training
- Experience with CNC or automated production lines
- Strong problem-solving skills
